Oriel to become only route to HEE-funded foundation trainees

Health Education England (HEE) is working on making Oriel the only route employers across all sectors will be able to go through to receive a foundation trainee funded by the government from 2025/26.

As well as using the online recruitment portal, employers will have to meet “minimum standards” to be able to recruit trainees via the system, Helen Porter, pharmacy dean for London, Kent, Surrey and Sussex at HEE told delegates at the Pharmacy Show in Birmingham yesterday (October 16).
