Ash Soni, pharmacist and former member of the NHS Future Forum, says that pharmacy will need to work closely with local area teams through local professional networks – LPNs.

"If you are going to get a service commissioned, it is at that level that you will need to make the case," he says.

The relationship between pharmacy and NHS England is an extremely important one, Mr Soni adds – especially when it relates to anything to do with medicines.
