The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) has introduced peer discussions into the revalidation process to provide pharmacists with an opportunity to engage with others in their reflection on learning and practice. The regulator hopes that these discussions will reduce the potential for professional isolation, as well as provide an opportunity to develop new ideas that you can bring back to your practice to benefit people using your services.
