Cl-ear brand appoints audiologist and YouTuber as healthcare adviser

Ear care brand Cl-ear has chosen consultant audiologist and clinical ear care specialist Neel Raithatha as its healthcare adviser, manufacturer EM Pharma has announced.

Mr Raithatha – known online as The Wax Whisperer, counting over 380,000 YouTube followers – is an advocate of the Cl-ear brand, according to EM Pharma managing director Paul Walsh.

The prominent audiologist will get behind Cl-ear’s campaign ‘The Choice is Cl-ear’, which will include media interviews, social media advertising and PR.

The campaign “will demonstrate the benefits of regular use of the Cl-ear range, both to treat common ear conditions, but also how to prevent them, thus providing significant category growth opportunities for pharmacy partners”, Mr Walsh added.

Mr Raithatha said: “I’d like to see everyone using products such as Cl-ear Olive Oil Spray or Drops once a week – except in the case of a perforated ear drum – to keep their ears healthy and in good working order.”
